  • Give you recipes for your favorite foods that are quick, easy, and enjoyable to make.

  • Teach you how to get back on the horse after you fall off. (So to speak. I know nothing about horses.)

  • Practice self-compassion: be proud of what you do accomplish and forgiving when you accomplish less than you hoped to.

  • Show you how to make better choices, including what you choose to eat.

  • Find your inner calm, and ways for you to return there at will.
