One-on-One Coaching is for you when:

 

  •  You’ve lost confidence in your struggle with sugar and dieting and need personal guidance and support.
  •  You know that the answer is deeper than “finding the right diet.”
  •  You thrive on accountability. (Yes, you want someone to check in on your progress.)
  •  You have unique circumstances such as children, work, sports, or vacation plans that require custom solutions and extra handholding.
  •  You want a customized approach to get you started on a new way of living and eating.
  • You “eat your feelings,” (when you’re sad, stressed, tired, angry, etc…) And you don’t know how not to.
  • You want new tools and hand-holding to get you to a place of peace, comfort, and enjoyment around food and eating.
  • You really can’t control yourself around sugar and certain foods. You’ve tried. And you know: You just can’t.

  •  Teach you how to get back on the horse after you fall off. (So to speak. I know nothing about horses.)
  •  Practice self-compassion: be proud of what you do accomplish and forgiving  when you accomplish less than you hoped to.
  •  Build your confidence to achieve your food, eating, weight, and life goals.
  •  Show you how to make better choices, including what you choose to eat.
  •  Find your inner calm, and ways for you to return there at will.
  •  Set you on a path to loving your food, your life, and yourself.
